Bryan Milward, Public Works Director, City of Dickinson, TX​

2016 Blodgett Fellow

After the City of Dickinson's Public Works Director accepted a new job, Bryan Milward, a 2016 Blodgett Fellow, was appointed as Interim Public Works Director in January of 2018. In February of 2018, the City Administrator appointed Bryan permanently to the position.
